Our brand new apartment is located in Villamagna, a small town on the Florentine hills, 12 km from the center of Florence.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WIFI, air conditioning / heating and a panoramic terrace.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the south of Florence, the highway and public transport with which to move around the city.
It is also well positioned to explore all the fantastic Tuscan places: Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti, the coast, etc ..
So you can enjoy the Tuscan beauty without sacrificing relaxation and nature.
The "Giulio" apartment has been converted from an old barn keeping the typical features of the building and the area, but studying modern solutions with a refined and refined furniture in detail.
The apartment is located within our farm: we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, vegetables and processed products that, if desired, can be purchased by guests.
For those who also want to engage in some practical activity, it will be possible to organize in the company experiences related to sowing, harvesting, cooking and processing of products.

Summary: The views from the bedroom window and from the outdoor patio were breathtaking. The location is spectacular; up a forested, winding road, through the Tuscan hills. Keep driving past the little village for even more jaw-dropping vistas. Maria is a lovely host and shared some excellent suggestions around restaurants, destinations, and activities. We had lots to do but were also happy to just enjoy the restorative, peaceful, very pretty. apartment.

Summary: My wife and two young daughters (4 and 5 months) had a fantastic 2 weeks at this apartment in August. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and the view even better. Maria the apartment owner is a font of knowledge for the local area and she really does go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pizzaria and restaurant in Villamagna are brilliant and serve really authentic food - we ate a lot of pizza! Overall a fantastic two week stay and we will be back.

Summary: we have spent a nice holiday in Villamagna. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with a beautiful view. A place where you can relax and enjoy! Summary: This new apartment offers everything you crave for during your vacation: It is very well and tastefully furnished, beds are comfy and from them you have a splendid view to the Florence valley and hills (like Fiesole) as well as from the big terrace and the wonderful, big pool. Within minutes you can reach Florence (and can also take a bus (line 23) from Bagno a Ripoli (stop at Cimitiero al Pino or close to the big COOP), if you want to avoid high parking fees and busy roads. Also, all other major Tuscan sites like Pisa, Luca, Siena, San Gimingnano, the Chianti region and more are easy to reach within an hour. At the same time, Villamagna offers plenty of fresh air, a peaceful, quiet setting, a gorgeous surrounding, two excellent restaurants, and several hiking trails (do not miss to visit Convento L'Incontro which offers splendid views of Florence - and is also accessible by car). Besides, wonderful hosts await and will spoil you: Maria responds very quickly to all your questions, is a source of knowledge, and she and her family also offer special dinners at your place at your request, a tour around their farm with product tasting (which we highly recommend) and welcome you very warmly and generously without intruding. This is a place you do not want to leave! We had a perfect time and can recommend this place highly. It is a jewel and we hope to return soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Summary: We were guests in the apartment „Giulio“ in June 2018. We travelled with our motorcycle, and had a wonderful week in villamagna (and on the roads around….) The apartment was perfect , everything what a guest could need, you’ll find! It looked new, was very (and i mean very very) clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated!! The fotos correspond exactly the reality! There are 2 things you should know: You absolutley need a vehicle (the next store is ~ 6km away) A washing machine is not in the apartment, but Maria offers a laundry service. The hosts Maria and Leonardo, were very solicitous and helpful. We are also happy, that we have met the whole family during the week, because all of them are very friendly and funny persons. So we can highly recommend Maria’s apartments!! Our rate: 6!! of 5 stars p.s.: Thank you Maria, Leo and Family for this beautiful week!

Summary: We (a family with two children 13 and 18) had a really great time at the apartment on our trip through Italy. The view was astonishing and the landscape was beyond beautiful. The apartment included everything you need to get along, a full equipped kitchen with every device you need for cooking (microwave, oven, toaster,...) and everything else. The furnishing was really new, clean und comfortable. Also, the floor heating worked very well, and it was easy to regulate. The homeowner Maria welcomed us with opened arms, was very friendly and always helpful, she often gave us some advice where to go, what to visit. The apartment is located on a hill in a very beautiful area, great to have walks or hikes. If you want to go to Florence, the best for you is to go by car, the ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets, gas stations and bus stops are also near (in Bagna a Ripoli). Our main goal was to visit Florence, and this stay was the perfect solution because in this way we could experience both the city and the landscape and have a relaxed time after visiting the city. In conclusion, we really enjoyed the stay and we look forward to go there again, maybe in summer when it is warm enough to use the pool. :-)

Summary: if you are looking for a Romantic Place at bike distance from Florence you have found it! Maria offers an Excellent Service, if it is hot have a swim the swimming pool, if you want to have a walk just exit the door and you have great surroundings. Have a dinner with a great view on the terrace and maybe ask Leonardo to taste some of his produce. Florence is close, but Florence view is from the Terrace. In few words a great taste of Tuscany in one single apartment!
