Positive: The spacious appartment was wonderful. The Garden across the road with Pool, Swings and Toys. The hosts and neighbours were exceptionally friendly and gave us a lift to the station and offered to give us a ride to the supermarket. The kids were spoiled by both the neighbour and the hosts. We mainly relaxed in the garden and went for walks in the beautiful area.
Negative: You have to book through Belvilla, and they are very rude and unprofessional. Send us several messages that we missed the first payment, when we didn't. Send us a reminder a week before the deadline of the second payment which a few hours later was followed by a rude, threatening email that we hadn't paid yet and if we didn't pay soon our holiday would be cancelled and in that case our first payment wouldn't be refunded. Because the tone of the message was so stern, we send a mail back. But the emailaddress mentioned in their mail was no longer active. So I called, was the third person to call about the mail that morning. Customer Service Employee was friendly, and admitted the tone of the mail was very threatening and unfriendly and it was known the emailaddress mentioned wasn't active anymore. This accomodation was amazing enough for us to stay here again. But if I can help it, I'll never book through Belvilla again!
