3 Bedroom Apartment in Les Esserts, Morillon

We bought this apartment 'off-plan' in 2004 and started renting and using it in 2005. It can be considered spacious by French alpine standards as it has three proper bedrooms. All our guests agree this is a really nice comfortable apartment but the best thing is it's proximity to the main lift and the nursery slope. It's about two minutes walk to the lift and the apartment sits at the top of the nursery slope. We have carefully selected and equipped the apartment with everything one need in such an accommodation. This includes comfortable seating for six or more adults which is a bit of a rarity in such places (my wife insisted on it :-)). The livable floor area is 45m sq. which is a good bit larger than most French ski apartments.
The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, a dish-washer, TV with integrated DVD, oven with rotisserie, combination microwave and dining seating for six. We have included all the usual kitchen appliances such as toaster, coffee makers, fondue set etc. The three bedrooms have one double bed, two singles and two bunks. The bathroom has a really good powerful shower over the bath (with plenty of hot water) and a washing machine. The WC is separate from the bathroom. There is also a double sofabed in the lounge should it be needed. The balcony provides a lovely spot to look out over the valley and the nursery slopes where you can enjoy watching the less experienced members of your party.
The apartment is always warm and cosy, even without the heating on. We are really particular about ensuring the apartment is spotless for our guests so please expect a really high standard of cleanliness. I can guarantee you will have a wonderful stay whichever time of year you stay with us.

Summary: The apartment was perfect! Fully equipt with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stay comfortably, perfect location next to ski lifts and gondola outside the balcony. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Summary: The price was great, a nice 3 bed apartment, the bedrooms are small but they are fine. Longe/kitchen is a great area. Little things like tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, sauces, salt were really helpful. The location is really good, even with the lack of snow so we couldn’t ski to the door it was still only 50m to the lifts and ski school meeting place. Overall really happy with the apartment and would stay again. What I would say is the sofa was slightly broken and so I had to fix it so we could sit down properly, there were cobwebs and dust in all the non obvious places and it needs a new dustpan and brush as I had to beat the brush outside as it made more mess brushing up with it. But Bryan was very responsive and we would really stay again, very happy.

Summary: The apartment is in an excellent position with easy access to the ski lifts. The views are amazing, the apartment is good value for money and spacious. There is everything you would need in the kitchen and it is lovely and warm. We would love to stay there again.

Summary: Perfectly located, it is not the largest of apartments we have stayed in but it had everything we needed so who could ask for more. The benefit of 3 seperate bedrooms was a great plus. Free parking nearby a bonus. We cooked on a couple of nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice mix of English and French neighbours within this quiet block. That first chair lift is just across the road so you can sleep in and still get the first lift. Interesting Blue back at the end of the day or a cheeky Green that keeps moving through the trees if you are feeling tired, both landing you seconds from the front door. Would consider staying again.

Summary: With 3 proper bedrooms this apartment is also well kitted out for self caterers . We literally bumped our skis off the front door on one occasion its that close to the slopes. In the morning its either a 50 metre walk to the chair or ski down a short green and on to a bubble. It would work well for families as well as a groups. In addition the owner was great to deal with. No hesitation to recommend

Summary: This was the second time we stayed in this wonderful apartment. Three bedrooms, so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped. I also liked the fact that there is a washingmachine, a dishwasher and a fast wifi connection. The apartment overlooks the ESF ski school and it is only a short walk to the lifts or the supermarket. The contact with the owner, Bryan, is also very pleasant. All in all a great stay, we will definitely be back!
