Positive: **Location:** The place is only a 3-minute walk from the train station. It is also about 4 km from Hallstatt, which I was able to walk to easily, and I also took the ferry to visit Hallstatt. There were biking options available as well, with bikes rented by the hosts. The lake is also just about a 3-minute walk from the property, where I could catch the ferry to Hallstatt. This side of the lake was much less busy compared to the Hallstatt side, and I was able to rent a SUP and even swim in the beautiful water. There are also lovely trails around the house for hiking or biking. Getting to the Five Fingers was super easy: there is a bus stop only 3 minutes from the house, and the bus took me directly to the cable car station in less than 10 minutes. **Place:** The place is spacious and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard, sitting at the table and chairs with an amazing view of the mountains in the distance. **Breakfast:** For a good price, the breakfast was very delicious, with a variety of healthy options.

Positive: Amazing place, very quiet place, more than this, hosts are very kind and helpful, place is near to lake and restaurants, cafe and market. Its very nice small town. Apartment was 1 bedroom with bathroom and leaving area with good space and good kitchen staff and open to amazing garden.

Negative: Everything was amazing

Summary: No doubt that i will back again to this place and specially to this apartment

Positive: Great location, for hiking in the mountains or a day trip to Hallstat. The hosts are very nice to deal with. They gave us good tips for hiking and where to eat. You can rent a bike from their shop!

Negative: A little brighter interior lighting would be welcome.

Summary: Would recommend a stay at B&B Simmer to anyone.

Positive: Lovely, spotlessly clean apartment in peaceful village convenient for visiting Halstatt and surrounding mountains. The view from the terrace into the garden with the mountain backdrop was stunning. Heidi and Hubert were kind and friendly hosts. Would love to return.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent, the rooms are very clean, the view is impressive and the owners are very special people, very friendly, kind persons. The bakery, the supermarket, a buss station, the railway station are very close of the Simmer Apartmenthause. And the lake is not far away, it is just a few minutes distance. You can rent a bike from the owners, to take a ride in the area.

Summary: It was a great experience. The garden is very beautiful and very well maintained.
