Positive: Very lovely unique property. Set right on the lake. Each buggy had a history of its own explained by our host, Lea. Great outdoor spaces for gathering. The family was very inviting and kind and always available for anything we needed. Lea even called a local restaurant and made dinner reservations for us! Highly recommend!!!!

Positive: This is an exceptional property if you want to get out of the standard tourist areas. The wagons are cozy, the location is picturesque and the bedding is the best I've ever had the pleasure of relaxing in! This property and close by town of Obertraun is on the quieter side of lake Hallstatt. This area is best explored with a car and bike rental. We are tourists from America and noticed that most of the folks staying here were locals or German/Austrian tourists so this is a well kept secret from the tourists all staying in town Hallstatt.
Negative: Spotty wifi at times in the area due to storms, but not really the fault of the property. Plan to disconnect and be a little more off the grid when visiting this area and property, especially if you are planning an extended trip. The bathrooms and shower are on the smaller side so really tall folks might feel a bit cramped.
Summary: For the courageous and adventurous: a must stay

Negative: For the price, breakfast was not included and was a little on the pricey side. (Tasty but pricey)

Positive: We stayed in the Park am See for two nights in the Lodge Belladonna. It was the best weekend ever. The location is amazing, just near the Hollstätter See, very green and quiet. The Lodge is small but very clean, comfortable and cosy. The blankets and pillows are so soft and airy that sleep was just royal. Guests of lodges have their own private beach with a nice view to the Hallstatt (especially in the evening). Extra payed breakfast was very delicious: mountain water, coffee with a natural milk, fresh baking, and the best of all, eggs a la crème from the hotel owner. Owners of this camping are very friendly. We really enjoyed our time with them. We really didn't want to leave this fabulous place and will definitely be back next year! Highly recommended for quiet and peaceful holidays.
