Positive: The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. A lot of space despite being a 1 bedroom. The kitchen appliances and washer / dryer were top of the line Miele appliances. It was perfectly located next to the Marmorkirken metro stop elevator and stairs, in front of the Marble Church and walking distance to many attractions in the area.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect!

Negative: Too many rules, that (of course) I did not reappear. Removing myself the bed sheets??? Putting away the garbage? I don’t even know the Danish rules on that, or where the place was. Etc etc

Positive: Beautifully decorated and spacious apt in a great location. Hart bakery and 7&11 right outside the apt were convenient. Location was superb and we could walk to most all sites and restaurants in CPH. Good value for 3 nights although it would have been a great value if we had time to stay for more than 3 nights due to the cleaning fee which ended up being about 25% of the cost.
Negative: There is no elevator and the apt is on the 4th floor and no hair conditioner which I could have remedied by packing one. These are complaints, just points to know. When renting an apt, one cannot assume you will get the conveniences of staying at a hotel. This my second time to visit CPH but the first time I had stayed at a hotel. Much more space than a hotel at its price point but I wish had been prepared mentally for the stairs and packed hair conditioner. Lesson learned.
Summary: Fabulous stay in a beautiful apt in a great location in a historic building overlooking a cathedral.

Positive: Spacious, great amentiies, perfect location in central city next to Metro. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, very clean.
Negative: I knew this going in, but guests should understand you walk up 72 stairs to reach the apartment. Not a problem for us.
