Positive: Close proximity to city centre and metro. Pleasant outlook from balcony, and there was a lift in the building.
Negative: We hadn't realised that we would be sharing the bathroom with the host. Would have welcomed a choice of time for breakfast; host kindly offered to make it for 8 am rather than 8.30 am on the day of our departure, but we had to wake him up to ensure this would happen. The room was cluttered and there was little space in the closet available to us, which already contained some of the host's articles. The bed linen hadn't been ironed, and the beds were at right-angles to each other. Breakfast was ok, but for the amount of money we paid (2106 DKK for 2 nights), we would have expected more of a choice. There was very little information in the room about Copenhagen (e.g. map, where to eat, etc,). The description of the property on Booking.com was misleading, in our view.

Positive: Great communication with the owner, easy to find, very good location, you can do everything on foot from the flat, clean and comfortable. We were able to bring our bags earlier and leave them longer on the day that we left.
Negative: Everything except of the price is great. For us the price is too much for this type of accommodation (shared apartment), but I guess this is just Kopenhagen :)
Summary: All in all, a very nice and comfortable stay at a very good location.
