Positive: I LiKE ANY ACCOMMODATION THAT I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHTS. This I loved most. It was quiet at night and clean. Quiet, clean and good location and I am happy. Guyana surpassed my expectations and if/when I return I will stay at the apartment again. The host was very helpful and attentive to any needs I had. The location is close to restaurants and far enough away from downtown to avoid noise.. The bus is 5 minutes walk away and no more than 10 minutes drive to downtown Stabroeks Market in the city.. the heart of the action. The apartment had hot water and a condition and wifi was excellent. The area is also safe and shops are close by.

Negative: I didn't like that I had to leave so soon.

Positive: Host showed up to deliver the keys even though it was in the middle of the night

Negative: Temperature in the apartment was impossible to manage. The air conditioning unit is outdated and does not provide adequate cooling. The temperature has consistently been higher than on the outside most of the time.

Positive: Room was real nice, with full kitchen and large bathroom. Came with all amenities and it was easy to reach out to the hosts for anything. Good location, too.

Negative: The door would sometimes get jammed but eventually figured it out. Can't think of anything else.

Summary: Real good, extended my stay there twice!
