Positive: From arrival to departure, it was a fabulous experience. The owners of the apartment were very kind and helpful, and the apartment was lovely. Tastefully furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable. They provided coffee, tea and sugar which were a godsend in the morning, and even groceries such as milk, eggs, bread, butter, peanut butter and OJ which were much appreciated. And there is also delicious food less than 200 ft away. Would highly recommend!
Negative: Not applicable. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It was such an excellent experience.
Summary: Loved it - definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip! :)

Positive: Someone on duty at all times -- easy to come and go at late/early hours Very clean and had everything we needed. A/C in bedrooms was great.
Negative: Wifi went out. No A/C in main room -- okay but not ideal. Bar on same property was noisy at times.

Positive: This apartment exceeded our expectations as first time visitors. We regularly stay overnight in Georgetown but had not seen JR before. Ryan and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very kindly the fridge was stocked with water, milk,eggs, bread. Tea and coffee too and basket with local treats. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect.Soft towels supplied. The apartment is set at the back of a progressive complex with an established roof top bar and plans for a high end restaurant well under way. The area is convenient for everything .
Negative: Would have liked to stay longer

Positive: We stayed in the two bedroom unit on the ground floor. The apartments are in The back of the property, (which is good because Sandy Babb street is a busy street )it’s clean, spacious, modern with a dining table comfortable beds with sheets and towels in the drawers if you need to change. A large kitchen, modern bathroom with glass shower doors,,washer and dryer outside the kitchen door. The AC worked, TV worked , if however you can’t figure it out just ask someone in the office for assistance, everyone was helpful and accommodating. The hostess Cindy and her husband were very kind There is a little shop into front of the property selling roti wraps and soup on Sunday . The food was very tasty. We felt very safe as people who work there are always around and there is a night watchman to let you in if you come in late at night because the gates are locked.
Negative: The dining area is too dark it needs brighter lights.
Summary: We were comfortable and felt secure. Loved it
