Positive: The private beach is wondeful with beach chairs, umbrellas and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The entrance to the private beach is maintained and even has some newly planted bushes and olive trees.
Negative: Structurally the room has been renewed, walls, doors, windows but furniture, kitchen and bathroom needs to be updated to express the structure's Mediterranean theme or beach theme. Be prepared for the wait/delay from border control.

Positive: The location of the apartment is amazing. We hired a car and it was very easy to go and explore from this base. The views are fantastic, waking up every morning to a view of Our lady of the Rocks and Perast was unbelievable, and watching the cruise ships turn into the bay, fantastic. The balcony really was lovely, especially for morning sun.
Negative: There are just some things that need some love and care in the apartment, which could make it even more special. The shower wand in the en-suite cannot cope with the power of the water therefore you have to hold it. Kitchen isn’t that well stocked so it makes it harder to cook. We didn’t have a plug for the sink so washing up was tricky. No batteries in the TV remote. Having said that, the apartment is comfortable and when you see the view you tend to forget the niggles. We were also shocked on arrival to find out that we were supposed to be paying cash, we had not seen that in the booking which was our mistake, but Nenad was very good about that.

Positive: The location of the apartment is great, lovely big balcony with tremendous views to the sea, Lady of the Rocks and the mountains. The beach with sunbeds for Boka Vista guests is just across the road. Wonderful clear water ideal for snorkeling. Good restaurants nearby. Spectacular sunrise. Great attentive host who was there to greet us. Lovely welcome with a bottle of wine and some fruit.
Negative: That my stay was too short.
