Positive: This is a tiny flat that accomodates 6 rooms, each equipped with a kitchenette, setting it apart from traditional hotel rooms, and similar to Airbnb, daily cleaning services are not provided. ☞ Contactless check-in through Alfred Key, which generates a code for the main door; the check out is simply made by returning the room keys in a little box at the entrance. ☞ You can get a private staying with a kitchenette and private bathroom for cheap.

Negative: ☞ Our room hadn’t been cleaned in ages: food crumbs on the floor and dust bunnies on every surface and switch button; bed sheets are not provided and our bed/s were covered with a filthy hugely stained mattress cover; the kettle was dirty and the dishes were sticky. ☞ Instead of a double bed we found two single beds as well as two single covers. Annoying. ☞ The washing basin was clogged since the first day; we had to take a plastic bucket used as a cutlery container and use it to pour the water in the toilet every time we used it. ☞ There was absolutely nothing to clean the room with, not even a dish sponge and instead of dish detergent there was hand soap. Body soap and such are not provided. ☞ We ran out of toilet paper and there was no one to call: I’ve bumped into a woman in the “free wifi” door twice, whose identity is unknown, and she does not speak english —such an affable and smiley person though!

Positive: The communication was excellent.

Negative: The room was a bit dirty and very very noisy place. You can not open the windows, but you have to, since it is no air conditioning and it is hot or very noisy.
