Positive: We stayed at the apartment looking onto the courtyard, for one week. A very cozy, comfortable, stylefully designed apartment. Definitely a place to stay for people who also stay "with their eyes" :) Everything was very clean and qualitative, and staff (of the adjoining hotel) was always very friendly and ready to helpful. Location was also good. Don't be shocked when you arrive at the old building complex and the way up to the apartment. The apartment will make everything good again :)

Negative: As a constructive feedback for the owners, since this is not one of the cheaper options in Kiev: I think we expected a better equipped kitchen, just some more cutlery, dishes, maybe 1-2 pots and pans, per default. For people who stay longer or just cook a bit more :) However, asking for a pot turned out to be no problem. Staff is very helpful. Besides, the big panorama windows are generally great (lots of sun in the afternoon & evening!), yet, the curtain situation didn't seem perfect to us (regarding curious neighbors etc.). Maybe an additional, semi-transparent curtain could help. Yet, generally- We would come and stay again!

Summary: Probably one of the most styleful options to stay in Kiev :)
