Cozy 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people, newly renovated in the heart of Valencia. 1 large bedroom, living room with fully equipped open kitchen, patio and bathroom with shower. Air conditioner. Very well connected by bus and metro and only 1 km from the center, 3.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6,5 km from the beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa of Valencia and 25 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The Space:
Recently renovated apartment located in the Botanic district (Extramurs). Perfect for a holiday, comfortable business or temporary residence. It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive an elegant, cozy and practical environment, with the necessary items during your stay.
The 63m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Practical living room with capacity for 4 people equipped with sofa bed for individual use and access to large patio with light.
- Spacious master bedroom with double bed 150x190cm.
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).

Extramurs is a residential neighborhood built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to accommodate the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960.
In Extramurs it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area and where it is easy to find organic food.

Summary: Jorge greeted us at the apartment at the agreed upon time, checking with us frequently. He was very helpful in circling and prioritizing sites at our request. The apartment was as the photographs depicted and was a lovely and comfortableStay. I definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

Summary: The administration before we arrived was very good the company responded to any questions promptly. We were met at the door of the apartment without any problems. We had access to a contact at any time during our stay. The apartment was only one floor up, it was clean and comfortable with everything we used in working order. The bedroom was to the back and very quiet. There were only 2 of us and it is advertised for 4 with a sofa bed and I think it would have been small for 4 people with not enough crockery if you are keen on self catering. The apartment didn’t have any basic products e,g, salt, herbs and enough dishwasher tablets to get you started. The front door to the apartment needs a lot of strength to open and close because it sticks. The location is excellent very close to a local market, supermarkets and a metro station. The local tapas bars were very good. València is a lovely city with lots to offer whether you want sun, sea and sand, outdoor activities (excellent cycling lanes) or cultural tourist sites.

Summary: beautiful apartment, right in the center of everything, the most walking my friends & i did was just 20 mins. Everything is walking distance & close by. would most definitely come back to Valencia again !!!!!!

Summary: The apartment is super cute and very comfortable with doors that give privacy for everyone! It’s an easy walk to the old quarter, while bus and metro stations nearby. Great being close to a couple grocery stores, and if you enjoy cooking be sure to buy a few condiments too (romesco sauce, tapenade, pesto, olive oil). I highly recommend a stop at Harlow’s down the street for a 20’s vibe and craft cocktails!

Summary: Property was nice. Check in was abysmal as we were sent to an incorrect address. When we got to the right address, the wifi codes were all wrong. Good service by host to come by late to fix codes. Mario (host rep) was great.

Summary: I stayed at the property for two weeks, the neighborhood is perfect, everything is a just a 15-20 min walk away. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops near by. The property needs to update some kitchen utensils are in pretty bad shape. The property manager made me wait an entire hour for checking lying saying he would be there in 20 minutes every time I called hence I was waiting outside with luggage’s for an hour waiting for he’s supposed 20 minutes. The shower had a clog and when I tried reaching out to him he was away on vacation and no one would answer the number he gave me to follow up with. The manager also didn’t teach me how to use any of the house amenities so I had to figure it out on my own. Other than that it’s a great place. Very clean and cozy and pretty safe! I recommend it.
