Positive: We had plenty of space for a family of five ( two adults, two teens, and a little one is ~8) . We had the pool few steps from the garden. Shops were walkable but we used a car to travel so we didn't deal with busses but a bus map was on the fridge. It was so accessible from Pahos centre and other attractios (~3 km radius). Air conditioning and Internet were very good. The unit was equipped with everything to make ourselves at home. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Kids really loved it and would think about coming back again in future. It is very secure and safe place for families to have a swim till midnight.
Negative: Nothing really.
Summary: Worth every penny. We loved it.

Positive: The swimming pool next to the flat.... Sufficient utensils and toiletries The willingness and politeness of the house keeper The price
Negative: Two out of the three air conditioners were dripping water, and the apartment ended up flooding due to blocked pipes. A technician arrived after four hours and fixed the issue—no siesta that day. On the bright side, the air conditioner technician cleaned the filters, which were extremely dirty and, of course, unhygienic. Because of the leaking water while the air conditioners were operating—a problem that had clearly been going on for quite some time (in my opinion, for weeks)—the bedroom door couldn’t be closed. The wood of the door and its frame had swollen, which meant we had no privacy with my wife. The apartment itself was very dirty. The cooker hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and the electric exhaust fan in the toilet was extremely filthy—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. In short, the flat was not well maintained or regularly cleaned. And the cherry on the cake...the owner’s excuses about the problems with the air conditioning and the door were incredibly frustrating.
Summary: With proper maintenance, this flat could easily be one of the best in the area.

Positive: Great location, would recommend hiring a car for convenience. Property clean and tidy with everything you need, pool on your doorstep.
Negative: If I had to chose something, I would say the patio to the rear of the property could do with a little TLC but all in all it was perfect
