Positive: Location was perfect for us. Approx 30 mins walk to Harbour and as well the Kings Avenue Mall. We always stay on Universal as we prefer to stay locally than in the hotels. This was a home from home but with a great pool that nobody but us used most of the time. The house had everything you could possibly need and the greeting from the hosts on arrival was very welcoming and they had supplied more than the essentials which was very appreciated. We would 100% stay again. Definitely value for money.

Positive: Location was convenient offering easy access to the sites, city, countryside and the beach.
Negative: Apart from the weather not being cooperative a bit of the time, everything else was fine.
Summary: Well, we have enjoyed our stay, we have been there before and definitely will be back & recommend it

Positive: Very nice flat, the owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and had pre-filled the fridge with some water, cans of pop and a few beers. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean. the pool is shared with other flats in the compound, however, it seemed we were the only ones to use it so felt like having a private pool. There was also 3 bikes that the guests can use, unfortunately we didn't get time to use them. overall a very nice place that fit all 4 adults with comfort.
Negative: It's about a 30 minute walk to either the old town or the sea side which was fine for us but may be to much for others in the heat so would need to get a taxi or drive. The decour was a bit dated in places and some of the bathroom towel holders kept on falling down as they were held to the wall on suction cups. There also seemed to be a mild damp problem under the kitchen sink.

Positive: Absolutely fabulous, Maisonette. It was like a home from home. Everything you could need in a home was there.. The fridge was full of mixed drinks, which were complimentary and also a welcome bottle of wine on arrival . There were bikes available at the property for our use, which was a bonus. The pool was unbelievable. We were spoilt, for we had it all to ourselves for the whole week. Couldn't fault anything about this beautiful home tucked nicely away in a very quiet area of Cyprus. 🙏. Our host was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. Also, our host was available 24/7 if we needed him. I would highly recommend this beautiful Maisonette for those of you who would just like to get away from it all for peace and quietness 🙏. We will definitely be returning. 🙏

Positive: One of the main highlights of the property is the host. A very welcoming person. Met us with the keys to the property and took the time to explain to us the entire property and the amenities. In addition, because we did not arrive until the late evening he led us by car to the nearest bakery where we could find food the evening. The refrigerator and countertop were already stocked with a few types of drinks and snacks. Pool access and patio furniture is located immediately outside the front door. The pool was essentially our own private pool, despite the other units having accessibility. Air conditioning units worked well and were beneficial. Safe neighborhood.
Negative: Additional hooks or racks to dry towels - a common problem in many properties.
