Positive: Great location; comfortable rooms; good host; with amenities; running hot/cold water.

Negative: Old building; noisy construction next door as well as at street corner; no street light for 3 nights in the entire street due to construction; very heavy metal door with no handle to enter/exit the building; dirty balcony full of pigeon droppings.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very convenient, comfortable, good value for money spent.
