Positive: We had both supper and breakfast at the hotel. Both were very below average in taste. The breakfast items were limited. For the cost of the hotel I think these could be greatly improved
Negative: The food We only had one large towel for 2 people

Positive: Great breakfast with something for everyone in the family. Location was good, walkable in 10 minutes to Roissy's main town but a little out of the way. Very easy to get to and from CDG airport.
Negative: My only complaint is that my kids liked the bunk beds so much that they wouldn't go to sleep and we had to get up for an early flight!

Positive: This was a great hotel to arrive at after travelling. Comfortable, very clean, plenty of space, and a modern, relatively large bathroom. We didn't really have time to use the small kitche but we could easily have made breakfast or lunch there. Staff very welcoming, spoke good English. Easy to find for taxi and not far from airport. All in all, a great option.
Negative: Nothing really negative to say, although we didn't regret not paying for breakfast as this didn't look particularly good value for money - but, as I say, we didn't actually try it.
Summary: Excellent value, very comfortable and convenient

Positive: The moment we stepped in, we felt like we’re in a high end hotel. The lobby, the service, the amenities and not to mention the room, it’s incredibly new and well firing shed with all the necessities and then some. We thought that being close to the airport it would be cut off from dinning options, but there was a really nice village with a really good pizza place walking distance. They also offer airport shuttle for a small fee.
Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: Shuttle service 🤗 Near Airport but yet not noissy 🫠 Apartment style rooms with quite a bit of useful items.
Negative: Did not follow the customer's instruction. Repeated requests for something fundamental like fixing the door. Threw away my clothes from the unused bin, I understand it was not a straightforward place, but after telling the reception to let the housekeeping, I know it still happened, lost valued clothes.

Negative: the dinner was a bit confusing about what is included and the service persons were not sure about it. However, the front desk staff took care of it and we did not have to pay (~70$ charge)
