Summary: Hotel was nice, and close to the airport. The shuttle starts running at 7am so didnt work for our early flight. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when checking in and asking for info on things like taxis since we couldn't use the shuttle. Just due to the staff alone I wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: Love this location for proximity to CDG airport, as from the inside of the building, you don't hear any jets flying overhead. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle is nice, just ask beforehand where the drop-off is so you can plan your timing/walk to the proper terminal. The restaurant had delicious food, and service was great. The room was spacious for many suitcases, and the pullout couch is great for kids. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: I chose this hotel as it was near the hotel and they offered shuttle to the airport, however they fail to mention you need that they only go to certain terminals. Which was the purpose for booking here. I think it needs to be listed other than coordinating the shuttle with the hotel.

Summary: Our room faced east and was quite warm. I tried to turn the air conditioning on̈ without success. I complained at the front desk and was told the whole building air was turned off as the nights were cooling down. The hotel is right at the end of a runway. If the window was open, the noise from jets taking off was very loud.
