Positive: We had a wonderful vacation in this seaside apartment! It's the perfect place for a family or a group of four – spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The apartment was exactly as pictured – modern, bright, with comfortable beds and a large balcony from which we could admire the sunsets. The location in a quiet area was a huge plus, guaranteeing peace and relaxation after a long day. The owner was very friendly and helpful, easy to contact, and quickly answered any questions. We definitely recommend this place for a seaside vacation and will happily return in the future!

Negative: It was not beach front or beach view. We expected it to be on the beach. It was up on a cliff. Nice distant views of the water but should not be listed as beach front or view!!

Positive: Structure + facilities. Perfect to relax and see the sunset. Kitchenette was very useful.
Negative: Unfortunatey, there was no tea or coffee, sugar, oil, water and any basic staff in the kitchen that I was expected as in any B&B or short rental. Especially considering that there are non bars or coffee shops in the area.

Positive: Cristian and his wife were extremely nice to us. We haven't had a car, but Svetlana took us from train station to the appartments. As there is not much appartments in Tropea having outside pools - Borgo Panoramico has two pools what is great for families with kids. Appartment was nice and clean. Tv has preinstalled Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Negative: Few things for daily cooking are missing (wooden spoons, potatoe scraper, few more kinives)

Positive: The location is really nice, it's on a hill above Tropea and you can see the city centre and the ocean, and even watch the sunset from there. There are also two pools and some grass. The place is a complex of houses and we had an apartment in one of them. You can walk from the place to the city and even to the beach, if you don't mind a bit of a steep walk. To the beach takes you about 15 minutes if you're a fast walker. The hosts were friendly and helpful and because the place is initially a bit hard to find they sent us detailed videos of how to get there.
Negative: The entire place (meaning the complex) looked a bit messy. There are barbecues everywhere, as well as barbecue and garden gear. There is also a fair amount of wood laying around, as well other gear for clothes and etc. The place takes in a lot of families for more extended periods of time apparently, so during our time there it never looked tidy. Our apartment was also not very clean. The bathroom was spotless, but the kitchen was very dirty underneath the counter and the sofa also looked and felt dirty, avoided sitting on it. Same for the kitchen table and chairs. They should replace the couch and chairs and also some of the cooking utensils. We didn't use the frying pans or pots, but they looked like they hadn't been properly washed in years. The decor is also purely utilitarian, it doesn't look like a place you want to stay in.
