Positive: We stayed here in January for the SIGEP fair in Rimini with my colleague. The apartment size was very good, and it was nice and warm during the winter. We arrived with a rental car, and there are several nearby places where you can park for free. There is even a large market area where parking is free on all days except Thursdays

Negative: The only thing that could be improved is the radiator control panel. It might be easy to use, but we found it a bit confusing at first. However, the hosts were very helpful right away, and we would like to thank them once again for their support.

Summary: A pleasant, comfortable stay with great support from the hosts.

Positive: Arrived at apartment to be told key in the door, which there wasnt, it turns out that another guest had checked into and unpacked their luggage into our apartment. We had to wait for onsite help to arrive and for the guest to repack and move to their correct apartment and for the onsite help to remake the beds etc. It was good that the host was available on the phone to help resolve this issue. As a gesture for the mix up the host gave us free on site parking for the duration and access to two sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach for the duration of our trip. (lucky we had a very small car)

Negative: Apartment was not like any of the pictures advertised. Very tired and needs updating, repainting. The Air con unit in one of the bedrooms did not work, I contacted the owner and was fobbed off that a repair man would visit the apartment, this never happened so I asked to move to an alternative, but was told that the air con would be fixed, it never was (was blowing out hot air) There was only a wooden dining room table and chairs to sit at of an evening, so no sofa to relax on.
