Positive: Pierluigi was waiting for us to let us in, go over anything we might want or need, and hand over the keys. He was welcoming, kind, patient and generous with his time and knowledge. We like our espresso made in a moka rather than the coffee pods/machine there at the ready, however, there wasn't a moka. Pierluigi very kindly brought one the next day! We wanted to buy confetti and he helped us there as well. The apartment is extremely convenient in location to everything from a couple of supermarkets to a couple of bakeries, and any number of restaurants (all of which were quite good).

Negative: Absolutely nothing. It was a terrific place and stay.

Summary: If we're in the area again, we'll be booking Eden Green well in advance.

Positive: Eden Green is a newly renovated apartment, very spacious, clean with all the comforts of home. We were met by the host at the apartment on arrival Parking is about 50mtrs Sulmona town centre is a 5 minute walk into the heart of the main piazza

Positive: The location is perfect for visiting Sulmona and it is also good if you have a car and need to park. The apartment is a very short walk from the historic center. Pierluigi is a wonderful host- he answered all of my questions immediately and was available to help with anything we needed.

Positive: Excellent apartment, very clean and modern. Located in central Sulmona so easy to get around. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, even mailing my lost AirPod back to me which I left in the apartment. They also provided all that you would need and gave us some lovely local confetti! I recommend you book your trip here!

Positive: When travelling there are a few places where you stay that truly stand out and Eden Green is certainly one of these. It has been furnished to a high standard with a modern feel but what stands out more is how much is provided for guests. So much thought is put into what is supplied in the kitchen and bathroom it is truly beyond expectations. Pierluigi gave us a fantastic welcome and explained everything. The location is also excellent, very peaceful, but just a short walk to the beautiful historic centre of town.

Positive: Pierluigi was a very thorough and friendly host. The apartment was fantastic with everything we needed. Much bigger than expected, very clean and well equipped. Lots of little extras too like juice, coffee and breakfast items. Very close to all Sumona has to offer. Highly reccomend.
