The roof pitch flat, which is about 90m2, is on the second floor of a homely house. It rises on the northwestern shores of Lake Como, more precisely in the historical town of Gravedona, which is famous for its cultural heritage. The flat is 800m from the lake that can be seen, also, from the balcony.
Throughout the small hall, you arrive in the large and bright sitting room, where there are the sofa, the satellite television, and the dining table, near the kitchen, where there are the dishwasher, the cookers, the oven, and the fridge.

In addition, it is possible to take the characteristic boat to reach the other beautiful town of the lake as Como (it is 50km), Colico (15km, where there is the railway), and Bellagio.
