Positive: Spectacular views, good heating system, wide rooms, very clean, all in all a very good apartment
Negative: The woman that showed us into the apartment was helpful but not nice, she seemed resentful, and complained that we didn't send her our time of arrival a day before we arrived, when we asked about a laundry detergent, she said she won't give us because we are only there for 4 nights , so we had to buy a new bottle . In another occasion she had asked why the air condition is on (we are used to warm weather). When you arrive to an apartment on vacation you want to feel welcomed and that was not the general vibe. In addition, I want to mention few things that can help: more lighting in the living room, a chair or a couch in the bedroom, some surface in the bathroom to put your things on, and mainly, a shower head in the shower and not only a bath tub. Notice that one of the three rooms is upstairs and is an open space Having said all of this we do recommend this apartment for a vacation.

Positive: The view was amazing. The property exceeded my expectations. The photos in the ad do not do the property justice. The place had everything we needed to enjoy a three day stay. Parking was available and easy with even a bigger vehicle. Host was there for check in and provided a lot of extra information about the area. There is a ferry stop and a bus stop in close proximity.

Positive: Can’t beat the view, aircon,parking with lift to apartment, Catherina greeted us warmly showed us around and even came back to help us set up an Italian toll account so we could pay and not get a fine
Negative: A few small changes could make the property so much more comfortable. A hook for shower hose and screen in both bathrooms( extremely difficult to shower without water literally going everywhere, fairly basic Kitchen with no overhead lighting , an outdoor BBQ would have been great .

Positive: It’s exactly as you see in the pictures. Beautiful views, beautiful balcony and very modern interior. Perfect for our trip. The host was also amazing and very easy to reach.
Negative: Nothing except the WiFi was very slow.
