Positive: Fully equipped and very clean apartment. Very spacious and a lovely host.
Negative: There is not a single thing not to like about this apartment. Definitely returning for a longer stay next time.
Summary: Everything is 10x better in reality than described in the accommodations page description.

Positive: The apartmant is wonderful! The location is great, we even had a folder with all the places we should visit and the recomendations. Perfect host and a perfect stay!
Negative: It was a bit cold at the start but also there were instructions on how to turn on the heat and it was not an issue later.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, clean, light and spacious. Lovely furniture and some nice touches around the home such as coffee, little bottle of water on arrival etc. The apartment has mosquito nets at all the windows, shared garden space and is good condition throughout.
Negative: You will need a car to get around. We had received a message that the owner wouldn’t be able to meet us but had left keys this could have been clearer and unfortunately they weren’t answering their phone. It was only that another renter returned and could show us the trick to get in that we managed it - it was fine but the renter needs to let you know the trick to get to your keys! Or answer the phone! Beds definitely could be more comfy but where ok for a couple of nights stay. Was a little chilly on one evening in particular but no heating in October. We had no hot water and no one answering the phone but the cleaner arrived and this was then sorted out by the time we had returned.
Summary: Privileged to stay in an old family home which has been wonderfully modernised.

Positive: The property was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, very well kept and spotless. It’s situated amongst a few residential properties and not far from a supermarket although you would do better to have a car to get there especially if it’s hot. The host was very helpful and always on hand to answer questions and also helped by getting us a few items from the shops as we had a late arrival time.
Negative: We were a little disappointed to discover the outside area is shared with others, so if others are using it it’s not possible to be outside really. The pool area is also not part of the property which is a little confusing as it very much looks and reads like it is. It belongs to a restaurant just over the way, for us this meant having to pay for an umbrella every time we visited which in some cases was just for a couple of hours but daily with our son so that’s an extra cost to consider. The pool also gets very busy and sometimes had parties both daytime, evening and nighttime so for us with a 6 year old wasn’t always ideal as it could be very noisy and busy.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean! Every detail is a delight, and it is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable and the linens soft and cozy. The outside patio area is a perfect place to relax, so quiet and peaceful. The host is available to answer any question promptly, everything was so easy and comfortable from start to finish. We loved our stay in Stabbia at Appartamento Nonno Trulli, we will be back!
