Positive: Most days it was quite quiet. Owner was very nice. Gave us a lot of help on first day with recommendations on food in the area.

Negative: Had to go up 3 flights of stairs every time you come or go. Carrying luggage up and down was awful. Furniture was not very comfortable. On the weekends a lot of noise from outside.
