Positive: Jacopo was an amazing host. Great tips on hikes and places to see. The view from the terrace was just as pictured. Very comfortable. Had no issues with parking close by. Really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The views are the best. The shower was great bathroom clean and all through apartment. Very spacious and all facilities to cook with. Our bed was very comfortable. It is quiet at night unless you get the odd noisy neighbour. Jacob is great very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely restaraunt just below us called Cardini, nice ambience we had a nice meal but not enough for vegitarians.There are plenty of boat trips to islands if its not too windy.

Negative: The apartment was a bit out of the way, we arre walkers but I had an injury before going to Stresa. The buses were few but friendly and people were really nice around the area. Taxis cost 20 euros to get to our place. Staff in boat ticket offices very rude. But locals are lovely. Stresa is a lovely town around the lake, and islands are beautiful.

Positive: Three very important things you will get by staying here: genuine hospitality and friendship from the owner, an unbeatable view from the balcony, the best restaurant in the area, Cardini, next door! Convenient location, parking space is always free on the next street. 5 minutes by car to the center of Stresa. Mountain trails nearby. All inclusive!
