Positive: The apartment is at an excellent location (a few meters from the beach and restaurants and shops in the Marina part of Roseto), and the owners are amazing, very kind and helpful people! The apartment is newly and nicely renovated and comes very well equipped; actually, it is the best equipped apartment we've ever stayed in! We were provided with everything we could have needed, from coffee capsules to shower gel and toothpaste, detergent and toilet paper, cleaning stuff, beach towels and chairs, etc. The tap water is not drinkable but can be used for brushing teeth, and the owners left us enough mineral water for the entire period of our stay. Just a side note, bedding sets and towels do not come automatically with the apartment, you need to specifically request them, and they're for consideration. We got a very nice welcome package consisting of local goodies, which we absolutely loved! Also, we stayed more than 7 nights and received an awesome discount from the price. Although there is no dedicated parking space attached to the apartment, we could always leave the car safely on the street, right across the building. All in all, I absolutely recommend this apartment, it was a really outstanding experience!
Negative: First of all, it's not that we didn't like these features, but they might be worth knowing in advance. If you are into very soft, almost waterbed-like mattresses, you'll love the beds; lying in bed was almost like sleeping on a floating mat out on the sea. Also, probably due to the condition of the electrical wiring, only two appliances could be used at the same time, which was a bit inconvenient at times. Finally, please be prepared that the shower cabin is not very spacious (this, in my experience, is rather general in Southern Italy); if you are a larger person, moving around in it might be problematic.

Positive: Nice apartment, very good location.
Negative: Uncomfortable beds, no wifi, no microwave oven. After arrival the host wanted to charge us extra fee (30-40 €) "for the bedsheets and towels, and for cleaning." At the booking it was shown that the price contained all the fees and cost.
