Positive: Excellent location in the old quarter of the city with excellent secure parking provided. Beautiful arched stonework, very stylish interior, very comfortable. Very good quality restaurants within walking distance.
Summary: Would happily return in the future.

Positive: Excellent apartment, great location and secure parking very close by. Nice to have hot tub.
Negative: Took a little while to find as many streets in the old town prevent vehicle access by bollards but no real issue. It would be nice to have a couple of seats outside, not sure the fish pond is necessary (fish didn’t look well!)

Positive: Really spacious, clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows are definitely the most comfortable we have ever slept on a holiday. Excellent location-we did not hire a car but everything was in walking distance. The hot tub was a lovely addition and well used by us. Laure left welcome gifts including a bottle of wine which was much appreciated. I also felt I had good communication from Laure and could contact them if needed.
Negative: There were only a few things that we found at the property one of which would be very difficult to change. Firstly, we had to dispose of all our waste toilet paper in the bin and not down the loo as the system uses a septic tank. This meant we had to empty the bin every day and a family member suffers with a bowel condition so this wasn’t great! Secondly, the cover to the hot tub was pretty awkward to take on and off as it sat directly over a fish pond (very pretty) and only a small thing, the apartment could use a few more mugs for us tea drinkers😊.

Positive: The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the location is amazing, right in the heart of Bergerac and only minutes walk to everything. The architecture and decor is outstanding and we really couldn’t have chosen better! This is the nicest apartment we have ever booked.
Negative: There are only two tiny alterations we could suggest to make this place 100% perfect and they are larger towels and a mirror in the bedroom. The apartment does provide a hand towel each and a bathrobe, which is such a lovely touch, but a larger towel would have been much better. However, if I were to ever visit Bergerac again I would most definitely book this apartment and would just take my own bath sheet.

Positive: Spectacular apartment, I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is the best self catering apartment we have ever stayed in, photos don't do it justice. Excellent communication from owner, a lovely surprise were the toys left out for our toddler to play with - it made his trip!
Negative: Nothing, it was all spectacular from start to finish.
