Summary: We stayed in this apartment as a family of 4 in August 2024 in the gap between the Olympics and Paralympics. The appartment buildind is next door, and I mean *right next door* to La Defense Arena so we had some access challenges (underground parking was unavailable) but this was to be expected and easily overcome. The beds in the two main bedrooms are comfortable though the third bed (actually a sofa bed) less so. The apartment was super clean, good bathroom and kitchen looked good too, though we barely used it. The balcony offers a nice opportunity to sit out & enjoy the warm evenings.

Summary: The online listing was accurate and the check in process was great. Stayed here during the Olympics as I was working at the Olympics at the La Defense Arena. The kitchen sink began leaking 5 days into the rental period so I had to shut off the water to the sink and I notified the management company and their representative. Due to it being a weekend when they were notified they said they would send someone out on Monday, which they did but it was not a plumber it was their representative so he could look at the issue. I had already sent them pictures and a video of the problem so the representative did the same thing and took a video of the leak and said he would have someone come fix it. Despite repeated emails to the management company nothing was fixed and we were unable to use the kitchen sink for the next week. This was a major problem as we could not prepare meals and the only source of water was the bathroom sink. Considering the large amount of money the rental costs, this type of service was disappointing and made working at the Olympics difficult. We would of been better off just getting a hotel for a much less expensive price.
