Positive: The place is really spacious. The location is great with convenient stores that you can walk by. But, the market is far (you need a motorcycle or a taxi to get there). You can come in and go out at any time you like. I was on the 1st floor with no noise or loud music. Uncle Issa is great too. I always tipped him for getting me a few items during a last minute call.

Negative: There was no ustensile to cook at all. It was just one frying pan, and a pan that has many holes on it, which I notified uncle Issa right away. I had to buy my own cooking tools (calendar, pan, cups to make some hot chocolate/milk, knife, …) and drinking cups. Also, with the electricity outage, you will not be able to cook during the day since they only have an electric stove. Therefore, I had to ask my uncle to bring the traditional cooking stove that I lit up with a match and cooked only one meal per day to avoid the food being spoiled when the electricity is out and the refrigerator start to defrost and sweat. I bought some insecticide, flashlight, flip-flops, soap, and many other items that the place doesn’t have at all. There is hot water, but they didn’t show me how to use it, so I had to heat water and bought a bucket to mix with some cold water to be able to take a warm bath for the 1st two days until they showed me how to turn the hot water on. Figuring out how to use the shower was a bit of a hustle, but I did it! There was no sleepers in the shower as it was described on the property. Be very careful, the bathroom can be slippery when wet. Doing the laundry downstairs is a bit too much. So, I did my own laundry in the bathroom with my own buckets where I can easily have access to water instead of going up and down. There is no bedside lamp. The Wifi is really useless and too slow. Do not bother bringing in your laptop. You will lose the connection from you bedroom, in the bathroom, and even in the leaving room. Many times I had to go outside near the WiFi to put my iPhone on airplane mode and turned the WiFi on to be able to reconnect again to the proper WiFi. Finally, My bedroom’s door does not close at all, which was super annoying. When you close it, it opens by itself.
