Positive: The apartment had everything we needed. Very clean, tidy and organised in a safe area and a new complex. Gérard met us and showed us everything and was very helpful concerning the facilities in the area, public transport and helped booking tickets for Paris The location was excellent for Versailles and Paris

Positive: The apartment is spacious, modern, very well equipped and in close proximity to shops, cafes, public transport and is only a 15 minute bus ride from Versailles Palace. It has excellent heating and is in a very secure building. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to get one started. (detergent, herbs, etc). An added touch was the host's father, Gerard, meeting us at the train station, showing us the neighbourhood, then explaining the apartment and local services in detail. A lovely start to our stay.
Negative: This is not a complaint, but guests should be aware that, while the apartment is ideal for visiting the Versailles Palace, it is a one-hour train trip to the centre of Paris and, during our visit, cost 10 euro return. (I believe the fares change in early 2025).
Summary: Modern, clean, spacious, secure and well-equipped apartment very close to Versailles.

Negative: A bit small for 4 people. We have a 9 and 2 year old so it was not bad but don’t know for 4 grown adults

Positive: The apartment is new, clean and fully equipped. Parking is available in the garage and you can walk to the train station (Paris), the bus station (Versilles) is right next to the building. All necessary equipment is available. The owner welcomed us and showed us everything. But she sent me a lot of information even before my arrival, which I found very useful and I really liked it.
Negative: Maybe a more comfortable chair is missing.

Positive: Very convenient location if you are visiting Versailles (5 min by train) or even Paris (35 min by train). Very clean, bright and modern apartment. Comes with a private parking spot in the underground garage. Great and welcoming hosts who go out of their way to offer all necessary information and tips for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend and book again.

Positive: By far the best experience! The welcoming host was really helpful and friendly. They showed us the fastest ways to the shops and restaurants and provided information about local history. The parking garage was clean and safe. The apartment is brand new. The sofa bed was really comfortable and all ameneties were as described. Really good wifi. We would love to return one day!
