Positive: The room is clean and the bed is cozzy. And location is just next to the bus stop. It only takes 5-10 mins from the place to the ski resort by shuttle bus and the bus is free. The host is very helpful ! They pick me up from the train station because I arrived too late. Food are all good.

Negative: The room probably is a little bit small for two people with two big luggage, but I come alone so all good for me

Summary: Highly recommended and I will rebook in next season

Positive: Despite the property's small size, the rooms were really clean and the service friendly, with discounted lift tickets available. On the overall, I enjoyed my stay there, although id really recommend they de-ice the front steps or add banisters to better prevent falls.

Positive: Great location next to the bus stop. The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable with plenty of sunshine and mountain view. The owner Tom also provided discounted ski gear hiring and lift pass. They also provided free pick up and drop off service to the Appi Kogen ski resort. The two dogs they have are just so cute. They serve breakfast and dinner.

Negative: The breakfast is the same every day, wish there could be some variety.

Summary: Very accomodating, very friendly, the place is very clean.

Positive: The family feel of this pension is infectious. Tom and his team for the duration of our stay were enthusiastic and bilingual. Shout out to doudou and bonbon the pet dogs that are also positive towards all guests. The staff and owner are welcoming and happy to attend to any questions or requests. An amazing experience which I would highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
