Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Florida villa opens up to its own swimming pool(heated for additional fee + advance notice)with a spacious screened lanai, fully equipped for outdoor eating, a Weber grill and a wonderful view of the Flamingo golf course.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and large en-suite bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. Second and Third bedrooms both have king beds share a full bathroom with shower/tub.
The spacious open kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a double oven. It is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure and has breakfast bar stools as well as a separate dining table with seating for six.
The great room has a large flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access. TV is also provided in the Primary and one secondary bedroom. There is ample parking with a 2 car garage. Eagle Creek Park biking and walking trails are just minutes away for the fit at heart.
This private vacation home is situated in the Falcons Glen Community of the award winning Lely Golf Resort. It is close to all that the Naples/Marco Island area has to offer. Public golf courses, beaches, shopping, and fine/casual dining are all within a 20 minute drive. Southwest International Airport and the Baseball Major League Training facilities are located 40 minutes away in Ft Myers.

Summary: This home is a perfect place for a family stay. Beautifully furnished, and has everything you need from kitchen wares to pool toys to linens. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Amy (host) was very responsive to any communication.

Summary: This was our very first time booking through VRBO and Amy made it such an easy and enjoyable experience! The pictures online do not do this home justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and the owners have everything you could possibly need while staying there. The house was well stocked with extras such as bath towels, beach towels, pool toys, and many other things. We were blown away how nice it was. We have an 8 year old daughter and she just loved having our own private pool. We all really enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave! Our family cannot wait to rent this beautiful property again in the future! Thanks for making this such a wonderful first time experience for us! Tim, Jessie, Lucy, & Grandpa Ron

Summary: This house is beautiful in the photos but so much more in person. House was very very clean. Decorating is current and beautiful. Pool is wonderful with full sun almost all day. Don’t think you would ever be disappointed with this house. Close to stores and restaurants.

Summary: Out stay in Naples was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful! It had everything you need for you vacation! Definitely a home away from home! Close to everything Southwest florida has to offer! Marco Island and Naples beaches, 5th Ave South, Tin City -and Isle of Capri. Summary: We have been renting homes in the Naples/Marco Island areas for over 10 years. This was the best stocked house we have stayed in. We have friends in the area so we like to entertain. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the house is perfect for having friends visit. Loved not having to worry about keys to the house, the keyless entry was so easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. The tv’s worked great with many channels to choose from including the sports channels, which is especially nice during March Madness. There were only two things I was disappointed in. The listing said “heated pool” however, the owner contacted me shortly before our arrival asking if we wanted the pool heated for $10/day. I chose not to heat it as I hadn’t planned on this extra expense. It has been my experience that listings show this as a separate expense if it is not included. The other disappointment was not being able to rent this property for next year. The house was great and the location perfect for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We have been coming to Naples for over 20 years so I can speak from experience House was very clean well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Nest lock and thermostat were nice no dealing with keys. Only thing needed were more beach chairs only 2 for home that sleeps 6 is a little light. We bought 2 more and left them there. Definitely would recommend and not hesitate to stay there again. thank you for a great experience.
