This luxury holiday apartment on the ground floor with approx. 86m² impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.
The apartment was newly renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2023.
A large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed await you.
The terrace with water views, beautiful patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to spend cozy hours!
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf, you can't live any closer to the sea!
There is 1 parking space at the house.
High chair and travel cot are available for our little guests.

Summary: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und das Wasser, ist traumhaft. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Eine Bitte hätten wir. Ein WLAN währe echt hilfreich. Auch sollten die Web-Seiten (z.B. Öffnungszeiten) von Einrichtungen und Gaststättenaktuell sein.

Summary: Anregung zur Küchenausstattung :es fehlte leider an einer Teekanne, Zitronenpresse, ein 2. größerer Kochtopf wäre gut und auch ein Wasserkrug zum Befüllen mit Leitungswasser Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und die Endlage zum Hafen mit Blick auf den Luchturm sehr schön !

Summary: Wie immer: sehr nettes Personal im Büro und Hausthechnik, am 6.11. sind wir wieder bei Euch !! Kritik: keine Auflaufform, keine Warmhaltekanne sowie kein Brot- undFleischmesser. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt das Fliegengitter, die ersten Besucher waren schon da, juckende Einstiche am Arm. Wir hoffen, dass auch diese Wohnung noch renoviert wird. Die 6 neuen Stühle sind einguter Anfang. Eine gute Matraze´und man könnte besser schlafen.
