Summary: Schimmel in dem Bad in den Fugen, durch die Elektroheizung nur szossweise Wärme zu erzeugen Oberbetten dünn und billig nicht wärmend, Küchenuntensilien unvollständig. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, aber der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit.

Summary: Außenanlage müsste mal auf einen besseren Stand gebracht werden, ansonsten war alles soweit okay. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ,das ist ja die Hauptsache .

Summary: Wir fühlten uns hier ohne WLAN von der Welt abgeschnitten, nicht einmal telefonieren ist in der Wohnung möglich. Der DVD-Player hat nicht funktioniert, man hat uns ein Ersatz-HDMI-Kabel versprochen, dieses gab es dann doch nicht. Einen Hinweis, dass der zweite Schlüssel am Bund nicht für die Wohnungstür ist, sondern für die Müllbox draußen ist, wäre auch nett gewesen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist positiv zu erwähnen. Es gibt einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle und im Bad einen Fön.

Summary: Wohnung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Das Sofa ist meiner Meinung nach als Schlafgelegenheit ungeeignet. (Nichts für 4 Personen) Leider etwas lieblos eingerichtet, alles wirkt zusammengewürfelt (vor allem die Austattung der Küche), kaputte/beschädigte Bodenfliesen. Sauberkeit hat leider zu wünschen übrig gelassen (dreckige Spiegel, Hundehaare auf Matratzenschoner, fleckiges Bettzeug, teilweise nicht richtig ausgewaschenes Geschirr) Kein WLAN- schlechter Handyempfang.

Summary: Leider war bei Anreise weder ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort noch der Schlüssel verfügbar. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt worden, jetzt bei Corona nicht akzeptabel. Für die Satanlage fehlte die Fernbedienung, die auch im Laufe der Woche nicht beigebracht werden konnte, also Sendersuche in der Hocke vor dem Gerät. Ansonsten war die Wohnung ok, schön ruhig gelegen, die Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Für Hundebe-sitzer ein Traum, es ist endlos Platz für Hunde da.

Summary: Super tolle Ferienanlage.Tolle Wohnung, aber leider nicht ohne Makel. Ich empfehle dem Verwalter mehr auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Es darf nicht sein, dass man zu Beginn seines Urlaubs, erst einmal das Geschirr abwaschen muss. Es wäre auch an der Zeit, die Küchenutensilien zu überdenken. Kein Toaster und drei Teelöffel. Fernsehprogramme müssen direkt am Sat-Receiver eingestellt werden, da keine Fernbedienung. Aber egal. Die Wohnung ist toll, aber man könnte mehr daraus machen.
