Beautiful, clean, fully furnished, detached studio apartment in a safe quiet neighborhood. Located two blocks from a beautifully maintained beach trail, ten minute walk to park and other beaches. The studio has a private entrance through a landscaped front yard with a patio with a coffee table and chairs. Inside is sunny with lots of natural light, teak and walnut wood table, counter tops, bar and finishing touches, a full kitchen, king size bed, couch, and 50 inch TV, WiFi is included.
Kitchen has a gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, k cup coffee maker, drip coffee maker and French press.
Bathroom complete with a tile shower makeup mirror, and vanity. New washer and dryer are on site for no additional fees. Beach chairs and supplies are also provided on request.
It’s a quick walk to the beach with miles of open sand beach to walk, surf, and fish. A short ride or drive Nisene Marks state park to redwood forest full of hiking and biking trails, and short drive to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Parking for one car on site. Summary: Very nice location and very nice little converted garage "cottage." We will stay again. Has a nice functional kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a quaint garden outside and a short walk through a very nice neigborhood to Aptos beach. The others who live on the property made a little noise Friday night coming and going, but nothing harsh. We'll stay again for sure. Thanks.

Summary: My husband and I had a great time at this studio. We were able to check in early, which was perfect! It was the perfect amount of space for us. It was nice having the kitchen available. We were able to walk down to the beach. We will definitely be coming back and staying at the beach cottage. Thanks, again!

Summary: Wife and spent a few days hiking around Santa Cruz and this place was a great place to have our base. Clean and roomy for an in-law unit, we had so much fun seeing the area and eating at local restaurants.

Summary: The place was exactly like the pictures! Nice amount of space for 2 people and close to a lot of things! The only complaint is the floors were a little dirty and the teenage kids (who live in the house) were loud.

Summary: This Cottage looks exactly as it is shown. Cute private patio with gorgeous landscaping! Cottage is absolutely the cutest and perfectly functional. It was furnished with everything we needed, located in a quiet neighborhood we couldn't have asked for anything more!! Kona is a super hostess and quickly responded to our needs. We will definitely keep this listing on our radar for future visits to the West Coast!! I highly recommend this sweet Cottage and it's owner Kona!

Summary: Kona was a perfect host! We received a text letting us know that the property was ready for us a few hours before check in (awesome!), and when we requested beach chairs and towels, Kona went over and above and left us a beach tent and mat, as well as extra chairs (in addition to two excellent backpack chairs) in case we needed them. The place is extremely comfortable for a couple--great bed and a cute kitchen that we used to make breakfast each morning. Delicious coffee and French press, plus nicer kitchen tools than we've encountered in other VRBOs. Best of all was the quick walk to the beach.
