Summary: Great property and great place to stay Loved the staff and prompt golf cart rides to the beach . Sunset at the beach was amazing and spotted deers , hares and seals around property grounds + beach. Two caveats - We were group of six and the sofa bed in the two bed room villa was really uncomfortable ( mattress was too thin and less supportive). The in room request to clean the room and refresh creamer / tea needed multiple reminders.

Summary: Tons of space in our two story, two bedroom unit, and proximity to the beach is excellent. However, the entire property inside and out is somewhat dated, and the restaurant is so-so. Fine for a 3 star property.

Summary: Overpriced. I was not aware of the daily $75 “resort fee.” Location was beautiful. Condo carpet needs replaced. Staff were helpful.

Summary: Requested early check-in (before 4pm), and they let me know if should be fine by early afternoon. When I tried to check in at 3, was told the room wasn't ready. I came back at 4pm, and the room was still not ready. For check-out, cleaning staff came to the room at 9am (for an 11:30am checkout) and seemed pressing to want us out so they could clean before check out time.

Summary: The place was great. For the price paid, one would expect quite a bit more. Pool decks should be re-done. $300 for s'mores on the beach? Would stay again but is for certain over-priced.

Summary: Pretty disappointed with our visit. Not feeling the services were worth the price point. Less than accommodating golf cart drivers, that refused us our ride, but took other guests that didn't request a ride for themselves. Tried to use the pool but it was over crowded and only three umbrellas, all being used, one by the life guard. Drains were clogged in the sink and shower, getting backed up if you turned on any water.
