The sky and the sea change endlessly, different birds visit throughout the day and each season brings something spectacular. Orchids in the Spring. Surfing and shady picnics in Summer. Mushrooms in the forest and long sunsets in Autumn. Whales and wild, wild winds in the Winter.
Aqua has two pavillions joined by a sheltered deck with bedrooms, bathrooms and a lounge in each wing. Early risers may rise, others may sleep until late. A well equipped kitchen including a large Smeg oven and coffee machine all makes for easy and relaxing meals to be prepared without leaving the views. Simply, stop on your way at McGains foodstore in Anglesea and pick up a box of provisions and some wine for the weekend. If you run out, there is a general store at Aireys Inlet that has everything you could ever want.
There are 4 beds in 3 bedrooms. In the front pavilion is a bedroom with a queen size bed. In the rear pavilion are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.Byo bed linen, towels, tea towels. Alternatively, linen can be supplied for $25 per person. Both pavilions have bathrooms and sitting areas, plus a laundry in the rear bathroom. Aqua Beach House is pet friendly with a secure, sheltered deck between the pavilions.

There is a fully functioning kitchen in which many enjoyable meals have been made. It has a set of good kitchen knives, variety of saucepans and a cast based pot with lid. We also have Grimac espresso machine, coffee grinder and complimentary coffee beans. There is a microwave in the pantry. The pantry has basic larder items - tea, coffee, sugar,rice. pasta, flour, salt flakes and pepper corns ( we have a mortar and pestle) There are good supplies of crockery and cutlery and kitchen equipment. There is a Smeg 5 burner stove with a great oven, a microwave and rice cooker. There is a Weber BBQ on the deck and a herb garden in the back garden.
Food and groceries - Aireys Inlet Store have food and groceries, including good fresh bread. You are 5 minutes walk to a spectacular 10 km surf beach. If you want to eat out there are a number of cafes and restaurants close by in Lorne and Aireys Inlet.
An easy 2 hours drive from Melbourne via the M1 - Geelong Freeway and the Great Ocean Road, Moggs Creek is 15 mins from Anglesea and 15 mins from Lorne. V Line bus service connects with the Melbourne to Geelong train for those who want to leave the car at home.
