Positive: It was the best place I've stayed at in Maldives. The room was very clean, comfortable and very modern. Also, the owner and the staff were super nice. They even came to pick me up at the port and again dropped me off when I was leaving. Also love the maldivian breakfast which I got to try on my last day.

Positive: The room was spotless, with brand-new furnishings (as of February 2025). The towels and bedding were high quality, and the ample seating area added to the comfort. The manager lady was exceptionally responsive and communicated flawlessly in English, making our arrival stress-free and reassuring. The room's soundproofing was remarkable—despite a short birthday party directly above us one night, barely any noise filtered through. Peaceful neighborhood with few mosquitoes. The air conditioner was placed in a small corridor leading to the bathroom, cleverly positioned away from the bed for a more restful night, which was appreciated. The bathroom was modern, with a spacious and comfortable shower, plenty of hot water, and well-stocked amenities, including high-quality shower gel and items like toothbrushes. Filtered drinking water was available when needed. Breakfast, though simple, was fresh and of good quality. I recommend trying the local coconut-tuna mixture spread over buttered roti. The attentive staff welcomed us at the harbor and took care of us throughout our stay. The highlight of our trip was a snorkeling excursion led by the friendly and knowledgeable Mr. Shah. His genuine warmth and care for our experience made it unforgettable. In a couple of hours, we swam with a manta ray, explored a vibrant coral reef, and encountered large sharks and a stingray. Ali Shah is a warm-hearted host and a fun company.
Negative: This is not the fault of the Aqua Heaven Inn, which looks spotless, but the surroundings of the hotel, just like the whole island, has quite a lot of rundown half-finished construction areas and construction waste / debris, even on the beach.

Positive: Modern brand new hotel, with nice details on furniture and rooms. Near to the beach and restaurants, shops.
Negative: The rooms were very nice, but no option to dry clotches inside, or let in fresh air normally. The air was very thick in the room, since if you opened that small window, there was no airflow, if we wanted to let in fresh air, we needed to keep the door room open, what was inconvenient. The rooms walls are so thin, we had very bad sleeping all days, because of other noisy guests, ans i woke up to door slamming both days. They told us breakfast is from 8-9, but at 8:30 there was only cereaps left both days. Staff at first glance seems kind, but to be honest it felt like they are not happy to have tourists around or answer questions. I felt awkward every time asking.

It was all very convenient and stress-free. I had a half-board booking, which included both breakfast and dinner. Personally, I found the food to be fantastic and just the right amount.
