Summary: Our stay was four days. Although the property offered cleaning service, no one ever came to clean the room. When I saw the cleaner in the hallway and asked, she said she didn’t have my room. The property although beautiful is deteriorating, I’ve returned every year for the past five years in hopes of seeing some improvements but it just keeps getting worse. The pool was green the day I arrived. The property maintenance seems non existent. Management really needs to do some improvement on this property or maybe they just want it to shut down like some of the other gorgeous properties on the beautiful island. The few employees try to make it a positive experience but there’s only so much they can do within their control. It’s actually very sad to see, regretfully we will not return unless some improvements are made.

Summary: The rooms are spacious and in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. I was blown away by the amount of space in these rooms. My room had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. The staff was excellent and friendly. The restaurant has great food. Unfortunately, my bed had sand under the covers and I had to ask to get them changed, but instead they brought me the sheets to change them myself (no big deal). Also we could never use the TV's because the Wifi connection kept disconnecting. Despite of this I would definitely consider and recommend this hotel especially for families with children. You get your money's worth.

Summary: Excellent place to stay and enjoy the beach, pool, and downtown Boquerón. 1-2 minutes walk to everything. Great staff and service.

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff but pool was not well kept and can certainly use improvement on the waters cleanliness.

Summary: This hotel may be simple, but the front desk service is truly five-star. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, they made me feel more welcome than many luxury hotels ever have. It’s the kind of hospitality that stays with you. I’d come back just for that.
