Positive: Everything. The hotel is very closed to Roman theater and citadel and it’s in the central of downtown. Mr. Bassam is very helpful. He helps me with everything. He makes my journey smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. If I go back to Amman. I’ll stay here again!

Positive: Large comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Staff are excellent as really looked after me and my family. Imad, Bassam and Ibrahim are really nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were all safe and happy.

Negative: Breakfast was very limited and no options for children. No variety either and no hot food available.
