Arabella Guest House is the perfect Country Retreat. Only 15 minutes from Goulburn and 50 minutes from Canberra, but away from it all. All roads to the property are sealed.
Beautiful views from the Guest House of the Parkesbourne country side, fresh air to breath, and totally relaxing. You can choose just to sit back and take in the views with a glass of wine and a good book, soak up the sun in the pool, or if you are bringing the kids, they can join in with us and feed all of the friendly farm animals we have on the property.
The Guest House is perfect for Families, Honeymooners, or groups of friends that want to try a Tree Change. The house is fully self contained, with all the comforts of home. There is also a fenced pool on the property for your use during your stay. The house has 2 floors with the Main Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living and Dinning on the ground floor. The 2nd floor is 1 big room with Queen, Double and Single beds, bed side tables and lamps as well as another TV.
As hosts we also live in another house on the property, so we are available 24/7 if needed, but will also respect your privacy while staying in the guest house. We will greet you on arrival and show you how everything works, and answer any questions you may have about the property.

Summary: We had a lovely time - our daughter is very unwell with a chronic illness so we wanted a short break and time together resting. The accomodation was excellent - clean and comfortable. Despite being very cold in the middle of winter we stayed warm and cosy in the cottage. Roy was on hand to help us settle in, show us how to manage the fireplace, and very happy to help with any questions. He spent time with us showing the animals and even took my daughter and I in his "buggy" for a tour as she has limited mobility. Thanks for a beautiful break!

Summary: The place was lovely. Great view, nice and warm with a fire and heating. Comfy, warm beds. Our son will miss Leo the friendly dog. About 20min into town, but that wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our 5 night stay, and the hosts were very friendly and obliging. Thanks for a great stay Tania and Roy.

Summary: Such a beautiful location. From the moment we stepped in we were able to relax. Thoroughly cleaned and comfortable. A visit to see the animals was refreshing and fun. Great friendly hosts.

Summary: We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend. The house is spacious, well equipped and spotless. Roy, Tania & family were welcoming and happy to share their farming life with us. Close enough to Goulburn for convenience but country enough for tranquility. Would highly recommend a stay!

Summary: A beautiful and extremely neat and tidy farm & guesthouse. Our family was exposed to and included in many typical farm experiences. The pool was fantastic as was the hospitality. We could not fault the stay - everything you could need and more. Highlights included yabbie catching, farm tour, ultra clean/spacious guesthouse, the house dogs, shearing and "Farmer Roy"!
