Positive: The room was enormous! It gave me so much nostalgia! Very late 80s early 90s Mansion. I loved everything about the stay. My two kids loved running around the outdoor spaces. And I enjoyed the smell of the old cupboards in the giant walk in closet. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. The place was super quiet. It felt like we were the only ones there, even though I witnessed a few other guests. The bathroom was clean and updated. There was no official check in lobby, just a kind and lovely lady named Fatemeh who showed us around. She didn't speak much English, but she was so friendly and we communicated through WhatsApp if we needed anything. I will definitely stay again and recommend this place to my friends who are passing through Muscat.

Positive: A really nice neighborhood quiet and safe only a ten minute walk to Qurum beach the highly recommended ramssa restaurant is close by and a a grocery store,local kebab shop,and a laundry service just behind the local mosque a great to stay in muscat if you prefer a quiet and relaxed alternative... recommended.

Positive: Amazing location!! Super close to the beach, supermarket 3 min walk away. The old town and the city are literally ten min by taxi. 30 min taxi from the airport. The property is just absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are massive. Truly a solid stay. I have ADHD and ocd and do the most thoroughly detailed research on where I am staying, ratings and reviews and distance to everything and this one hit EVERYTHING. Ps - it says I'm from Oman but I'm from Australia.

Negative: Everything was just absolutely amazing.

Positive: Each private realty all around the globe has the atmosphere of its owner. This villa located in the one of the best private neighborhoods of Muscat has got good and warm atmosphere because of the hospitable and open attitude of its owner. Good price quality ratio, good location, good amenities for this money, good breakfast service, the full lack of the curfew or any kind of unnecessary pressure/control. You have to respect the owners property - the owner has to respect your privacy. Definitely can recommend to stay 👍
