Summary: Everything was perfect! Staff was really nice, specially Lucia who asked everyday if we needed something and was ready to recommend activities. The room was so complete and clean. The maintenance was really good. The best part of all was the spa which made our experience perfect.

Summary: Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.

Summary: Beautiful and serene place to rest and retreat in Sacred Valley . Services are great . Very authentic colonial Spanish architectural designs and preservation of the old church , have their own museum with collections of old artifacts. They arrange private car transport to pick me up from Ollantaytambo town and to drive me back to Cusco .
