Positive: The place itself is greatly located exactly in the center of old Mudanya. Stuff was very welcoming. They managed to prepare our room before the check-in time since we arrived earlier. There is nice little cafeteria on the ground floor.

Negative: Since it's old wooden house it's a bit noisy though we were lucky with our quiet neighbors on the upper floor.
