Summary: The hotel was decent for what we needed.. the food wasn’t to our liking but what we paid there is no complaint there. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all our requests.. however! The cleaner took money out of our room, but gave it back upon being confronted.. location was good.. rooms were decent.. pool areas decent.. staff lovely. No complaints really.

Summary: There were no 2x card rooms, so we were forced to hand in the room card at reception. Also the surrounding area was very noisy so I couldn't sleep at night. The pool was always in the shade 90% of the time, except very early in the morning. The hotel opposite always had 90% sun at the pool. I also had to pay extra money for the sunbed on the beach as the hotel didn't have any sunbeds.

Summary: The positives: the staff I found polite and friendly and the service very good. Rooms nicely decorated and spacious and very clean the location is perfect short walk to the beach and in the middle of the nightlife.the 2 quiet pools out back I found perfect kept the sun all day and always beds available I’m not sure all the guests knew about the extra pools as the sun stayed there all day. Negatives: the food was poor I ate out everyday the snack bar was the only saving grace toasties etc I did eat lunch there. Drinks where ok what you would expect at an all inclusive but no entertainment at all and very quiet so headed out every night so never really used the all inclusive. The main pool only has 25 beds for a hotel with 190 rooms and the sun doesn’t hit it after 2pm. The music from the bar opposite is very loud till around midnight as a young couple it didn’t bother us but it might if you have young children. When eating alone during breakfast or lunch or going the bar while my partner was sleeping or in the pool I was so harassed by one of the workers asking for my instagram telling me I was beautiful an would not leave me alone so I left without finishing my food this happened on 3 occasions I didn’t feel intimidated just was annoying while I was trying to relax so in the end would only go around when my partner was with me I did feel completely safe in and out of the hotel though. I would go back but probably not to this hotel

Summary: The property need updating but it's clean the staff are wonderful very helpful and the food was nice and the location was excellent very close to all Amenities 👍

Summary: The property is in easy reach of beach, shops bars and restaurants, staff on reception were great at communicating the things I needed to know , and all of the hotels amenities, very friendly, as a solo traveller only down side I found was restaurant staff not as helpful or interested in my needs, did feel as a solo traveller they could have been a bit more friendly talkative and attentive, as a person who has worked in the service industry I am fully aware that some times solo traveller are left out as not so many people and treated as less important, but overall a great stay staff on bar great at what they do , communicating well and friendly. 👍👍

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent. However just a slight issue as the hotel was closing on the day we were leaving. Staff were clearing away various items of the hotel whilst we were still there. We felt very uncomfortable with it. We do realise they have to do it but i do feel they could of done whilst we werebnot in those areas. I minor issue which should not be taken as a major complaint.
