A listed granite barn on a very quiet lane, ten minutes from the sea, beaches, with a wealth of opportunities for walking and cycling on coastal paths, along tranquil lanes, all within minutes of the property.
The listed barn, and owner's house next door, have both been in the family since they were built a hundred years ago. The property has fields on three sides, which continue in agricultural use, mostly hay-making.
Restaurants and supermarket shopping are available close by, and the bus to St Peter Port stops 3 minutes away, at the bottom of the lane.

Summary: La Foliette is in a lovely location, with a few amazing (and quiet!) beaches nearby. The house was equipped with everything we needed, hosts were very friendly. We would love to come back!

Summary: A beautiful spacious, well appointed and architecturally designed property with lots of character in a quiet but convenient location minutes away from bus stops with access to parts of the island's bus network and the central bus depot at St Peter Port. It is just a 15 minute stroll to the nearest bay. Felicity and Larry were perfect, welcoming and helpful hosts. A wonderful, comfortable and enjoyable week which we hope we can repeat at some time soon.

Summary: The owners thought of everything when preparing this property. Lots of personal touchs home made bread, jam ,wine, butter and milk in arrival together with flowers 💐. The owners were very welcoming and actioned anything as needed. The venue is near to the beach and various restaurants are relatively near. However you can cook in the property as it has all the relevant equipment.

Summary: This barn has been well renovated to make a lovely holiday let. The owners live just a few meters away and are extremely welcoming and helpful. Very well equipped. Bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, kitchen and living area are upstairs. Nothing is very far on Guernsey, but we thought this was an excellent location as there are beaches within a relatively easy walk and an hourly bus service into St Peter Port.
