Summary: Three generations of our family had a wonderful week at the house in Montfrin. The house was very clean, week equipped and well looked after. The pool and the pool table were both a hit with everyone. The air conditioning was an absolute bonus! The location of the house is great for strolling to the bakery or cafe. There was also a night market in the village, which is well worth a visit. We visited Arles, Nimes and Pont du Gard, which are all within easy reach. The owner was really welcoming and was happy to suggest lots of places to visit. Thanks you for a lovely holiday.

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Montfrin. The house was huge, to fit two families of 5, and some beds were still unused. The hosts were accommodating, having not realised that towels were not included, they gave us their own. They also put two cots on different floors - what a good idea, I'm grateful for. Our children enjoyed the garden, it's big and can be seen from a sitting area. The pool was a little cold when outside was only 25 degrees but it was perfect when outside was 28+. The town had a bakery, coffee shop and a big supermarket. Montfrin was in a good location to reach Nimes and other towns around easily. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Summary: A well-equipped house with interesting features and decoration, 2 minutes' walk from the centre of Montfrin, a peaceful village with a good supermarket and all necessary shops. Many tourist sites within 1 hour. Sleeping accommodation: upstairs, four double bed rooms in pairs, sharing a spacious bathroom between each pair (no WC); also a WC and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs, in a separate apartment, a double sofa bed with double bedroom off, small shower room with WC. Also a further WC downstairs. Well-equipped kitchen. Good-sized and protected pool (chilly in April!), covered terrace with large table, swing set in garden, plenty of shade. Excellent gas barbecue. Parking space for at least 4 cars. Altogether a delightful property, matched by the friendliness of M & Mme Escanes - thank you for the privilege of using your home.
