- The 2nd ground floor: real apartment with large windows opening onto terrace and pool: living room with 2nd TV, sofa bed, kitchen; 2 modular bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC.
- 3rd floor: Master bedroom of 40 mยฒ with huge bathroom with shower and corner bath, 1 separate toilet, dressing room, safe, private terrace with table and 2 chairs.
The house can accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms) + 2 persons in the living room sofa + 2 babies (2 cots available, 2 high chairs).

Summary: We were 3 generations staying in the villa. We found it to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were welcomed by Victor, who was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Due to the extremely high temperatures, we requested fans for the 3 bedrooms which weren't air conditioned, which he kindly supplied. We all enjoyed the pool, and there were plenty of shady areas around the villa to sit out of the sun. I especially liked the fact that there were 2 enormous tables, one inside and one on the terrace, which meant that all 11 of us could eat together in comfort. There is a good boulangerie in the village, a short walk away, and plenty to see in the region, including Avignon, a short drive away. For those who enjoy wine, there are also lots of winetasting opportunities nearby! All in all, a great family holiday, highly recommended.

Summary: The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well- equipped. There was enough furniture for everyone (not always the case, I find). Plenty of space both indoors and outside. Outside activities were easy with pรฉtanque pitch and grass areas. A very easy place to be happy and relaxed.

Summary: We completely loved our stay here. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, de kids couldnโ€™t get enough of the pool & garden. And we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely love to come back some day!

Summary: Villa St Genies is beautiful & in a lovely peaceful location. Although we were three generations there was plenty of space & freedom. The welcoming wine is a lovely touch. Thank you. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The instructions for the hob are a bit unclear so make sure you put a pan on first, or it won't work! The pool area is very inviting & ,with young children in the party, having a shallow end was perfect. We did have to keep switching the pool alarm off as it kept randomly going off, even during the night! Sebastian was always very pleasant & will try to sort out any difficulties you may have. All in all a great family holiday in a lovely area.

Summary: The house and pool were fabulous โ€“ our grandchildren loved the pool and did not want to venture out into the surrounding area, but once out enjoyed Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf du Pape, the beaches at Montpelier and not least Avignon. Sebastian was helpful and informative and on hand if needed. A lovely place to stay and visit. Simon

Summary: Throughout the years we have stayed in many holidayhouses but this house is by far the most beautiful. It is very spacious, luxurious and it is provided with all aminities. The pool gave us many, many funmoments, especially the children had the time of their lives. Many thanks to Sebastian. He was always invisible present and whenever we needed him, he was willing to solve a problem or to answer a question. In short: the two weeks we stayed in the villa felt like being at home. Summary: We past one week in the villa and it was really great! Everything was very well cleaned and we had a good explanation of how everything works. Everything you need is nearby. It's a must to go to Avignon. Even without paying, you can reach the top of a very nice building with a great view! Lovely to walk through the village as well. We went to the villa with 9 people, without children. It was nice to sit all together outside in the evening, room enough for all of us! Nice kitchen with also everything you need. There's also an extra refrigerater in the basement that could come in handy. You're all alone in the villa, no neighbours nearby. (Not that we could hear anyway) Many things to see in the neighborhood, nothing is far away! We are going back next year, no doubt!
