You have everything you could ask for at walking dustance. There is even a supermarket in the apartment complex. The area is full of places to eat, drink and shop.
Infront of the building complex you can see Lisbon Castle on the top of the hill and you are in Martim Moniz square, full of live and animation. The famous 28 tram starts from this square. You also have a metro stop if needed at this square.
